Made in a working kitchen, not an office.
I run a kitchen, and our records were always done. The problem was the paper. Temp sheets, delivery sheets, cleaning sheets: print them, fill them in, file them, print the next lot. It felt like a million pages a year, and the office shelf was turning into a library.
So I built PassLog and put it to work in my own kitchen. Same checks, same standard, no printer. Open it, check, save, back to prep. It covers what you're required to record, without twenty screens of things you're not.
